With only 6 more weeks to go before our new little gourmet arrives, it is time to start planning freezable dinners that will help get Joe and I through the first few weeks of parenthood. I've done a bit of poking around on the interweb and am having trouble finding suppers that I think we'd actually enjoy eating. There's always the predictable goulash and lasagna to fall back on but I'd like to get a bit more creative since I still have the luxury of dabbling in the kitchen.
Once I've narrowed down the selections, I'll post the recipes here. Of course, I'll happily accept any suggestions!
